Our alert for Thursday is Advanced Defense Technologies, Inc., ADCF and the stock closed Wednesday at 2.5 cents.

ADCF develops UAVs (aka ‘Drones’), 3D mapping and surveillance technologies, and satellite and communication technologies developed with the assistance of Government Agencies including NASA. U.S Air Force, U.S Army, U.S Navy, U.S Missile Defense Agency, U.S Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency and Phillip Labs; a reputable defense contractor.

ADCF‘s latest technology (3D mapping) can be utilized for military applications yet will also have the capability of being adapted for civilian applications such as accurate digital mapping for city, state, and national planning, geographic data for landfill management, farm management, and environmental data management for mining.
  
The Global Aerospace and Defense Industry Revenues are expected to exceed $500 Billion this year and is said to be one of the fastest growing industries.

The combined U.S. Market for Homeland Security Products and Services – purchased by Federal, State and Local governments, the Intelligence Community and the Private Sector will increase from $69 Billion in 2011 to $85 Billion in 2014!

The use of Drones and UAVs in Border Security Missions around the world is expanding rapidly as more and more nations rely on UAV Operations for their Border Security needs.

Great story right?  Tons of potential.  The juicy kind of stuff that people who invest in OTC stocks can really sink their teeth into.

But, this isn’t why we like it.

ADCF is in play and its volatile.

After making a decent run early this week, ADCF saw a selloff Wednesday as the first wave of traders tried to lock in profits. Buyers came back in at .02, where it found support for the rest of the day.

ADCF traded record volume today which means this stock will be on volume scans over night attracting lots of new attention and thats what we like.

There will be traders that see ADCF as a great bounce opportunity potentially sparking a new rally.
