We have found a bio-tech company that has been releasing some major news over the past couple of days and could become an exciting trading opportunity Tuesday morning.

The stock closed Monday at 13 cents.

NVLX is a biotechnology company, which develops and markets products to improve the health, condition, and well-being of people around the world.

NVLX through its proprietary live-cell encapsulation technology is in 2 of the big 3 multi-billion dollar drug markets – cancer and diabetes.

NVLX is developing cell therapy products and has completed its Phase 2 clinical trials and Monday NVLX announced that cloning of the cancer-drug-activating cells required for Nuvilex’s future Phase 3 clinical trials has begun at Inno Biologics in its cGMP-compliant facilities.

NVLX sells its products directly through its websites, as well as through resellers and retail distributors.

A recent research report on NVLX says “investors may also be rewarded by upcoming milestones such as the pending closing of the diabetes technology treatment rights acquisition which was originally announced in 3Q13. This deal should immediately boost the Firm’s valuation, upon closing. Plus, investors can expect to receive progress reports regarding the Firm’s advanced clinical trials initiatives such as the production of the live cancer-drug-activating cells that will form part of the treatment to be used in its pancreatic cancer studies and the GMP facility in which the actual encapsulation of those cells will take place.”

Biotech stocks tend to make some of the biggest moves.

All it takes is a buyout from a major drug manufacturer to make investors bank.

We don’t necessarily think its a great idea to wait around for that, but what we do know is many investors like to buy these kinds of stocks in hope of that kind of news.

That incoming liquidity from the millions of investors learning about the stock Tuesday morning will present some excellent trading opportunities on NVLX.
