• The bioWatch procurement anticipates 2,500 units to be deployed over the 2014-2018 period.
• Estimated $3-$5 Billion in value over the next 5 years.
• Boeing Corporation (NYSE-BA) paid PSID $2.5 Million for the exclusive right to distribute the M-Band for the BioWatch program
• PSID retains the rights to service the units.
• Est yearly revenue to PSID for servicing 2500 units $90-$120 Million!

1. 18 Months ago PSID signed an agreement with SIAC Corp. to pursue Department of Defence Contracts in Weapons Of Mass Destruction Detection.
2. SAIC Corp is now Leidos Holdings (NYSE- LDOS) REMEMBER THIS!!
3. Since PSID entered into this agreement funding has been bottled up by congress.

Look what we found!! (Now remember, investors interested in PSID are probably scanning for news from SAIC, not LDOS so this news flew under the radar.)

This is HUGE news!

While this press release does not mention PSID directly,
(huge NYSE companies rarely include OTC companies in their releases)

Connect The Dots……

We know PSID and LDOS have a partnership agreement for research and development of weapons of mass destruction detection systems.
(exactly what the press release says the $4 billion is for)

If LDOS has $4 Billion to spend in this area,
our guess is, some of that money will flow to PSID.
(think lots and lots of future press releases)

If it does,
Will PSID still be trading around 9 cents?
Ahhh No!! It wont be!!

So, What does all this mean?
• PSID has awesome technology.
• PSID has HUGE partners in Boeing & Leidos.
• Leidos just received a $4 Billion dollar contract
• PSID should benefit Big.
• The LDOS news flew under the radar.
• When the rest of the world connects the dots like we did, or PSID or LDOS comes out with a press release connecting the dots for them, this stock should FLY!!!

Now we obviously don’t have a crystal ball and have no idea when or if this will happen but we do know this.

If we connected the dots correctly, everyone that owns the stock down at these levels will make some serious money.

Now all you have to do is ask yourself this. Would I rather jump on board now and be guaranteed a seat on the train headed to profitville or wait till the news is out, the train has left the station and the cost to buy a ticket is a lot higher than 9 cents.
