Our alert for Tuesday looks SWEET!!!

The company is putting up big numbers!!
The stock has been inching up on low volume.
Tis the season for stocks in this industry.
And most importantly, the company recently hired a investor relations company and is starting to get the word out.

Ready? Here we go!!

Our alert for Tuesday is Big Tree Group, Inc., BIGG.
The stock closed Monday at 24 cents.

BIGG sells toys, lots of them. BIGG acts as an authorized agent and represents more than 8,000 toy manufacturers in China that produce more than 300,000 toys.

BIGG has HUGE numbers for an OTC company.
BIGG’s second quarter revenues were $11.9 million, up 99% from 2012.
BIGG recorded revenues of $19.3 million for the first six months of 2013, with net income of $399,000 or $0.04 per basic and diluted share on 10.3 million shares outstanding.

What?? EPS of .04??!!!
That means BIGG is currently trading at 6 times earnings.
If the stock traded at roughly 20 times earnings like the Dow, S&P, and Nasdaq, BIGG would be 80 cents.

If the stock got crazy and traded at 75 times earnings like those stocks in the Russell 2000, BIGG would be $3 a share!!!

Now we’re not saying BIGG will trade at these multiples, BUT thousands of other stocks do, so it is not unreasonable as it sounds. Especially if they continue to grow and by the looks of some of the recent press releases that doesn’t look like a problem.

BIGG completed delivery of purchase orders valued at approximately $1 million from a leading multi-national operator of discount stores.

BIGG completed delivery of purchase orders from a leading U.S. based operator of dollar stores valued at approximately $650,000.

BIGG received purchase orders for toy products valued at approximately $3.6 million from a leading U.K-based discount retailer.

It would appear the only thing BIGG needs at this point is more people following the stock and with an investor awareness campaign starting this sleepy little stock could wake up in a hurry.
